Samsung bests Apple--yes you heard right

In a study of customer satisfaction both the Samsung Galaxy SIII and Galaxy Note II bested all of Apple's iPhones measured (4, 4S,and 5). 

Whoa! Consumers like something else better than Apple? How could this be? Short version is that Samsung seems to be actually innovating while Apple seems to be coasting. Hey Tim Cook! It's called the Innovation Economy for a reason.

That's not all--Apple seems beset by woes lately:

• They lost a federal law suit that claimed they did the dirty to boost e-book prices
• Retail store sales are down per store over last year, even though they've opened more stores, and revenue per square foot is down 5%
• They're getting sued because it turns out porn is all their fault (don't break your mouse in your hurry to click that link--it's a legal site).

In addition to all that, Samsung has Knox, which is a super-cool security stack they've dropped onto Android.
