BELLEVUE, Wash. – June 5, 2012 – – In response to strong demand from software development teams worldwide, Mobilize.Net Corporation today announced a new computer aided software migration business with products and services for migrating line of business applications from prior generation client/server platforms to new web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
Mobilize.Net also announced licensing of the world’s most successful computer aided software migration technologies from ArtinSoft Corporation. ArtinSoft, with an 18 year history of using AI techniques to analyze and transform computer source code, is the developer of the Kablok™ and Matchine™ source code migration engines Microsoft Corporation shipped with Microsoft Visual Studio on the .Net platform. Microsoft has been a strategic partner and shareholder in ArtinSoft ever since. In the last ten years, these industry leading technologies have successfully migrated billions of lines of code in hundreds of thousands of applications worldwide, moving applications from languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Powerbuilder, Unisys LINC, Informix, J2EE to VB.Net, C#, Java, HTML, and a variety of other target platforms. Now through Mobilize.Net, these technologies will be extended to bring valuable application source code assets to the next generation of mobile, web, and cloud platforms that customers demand
